Become Certified

Thank you for your interest in applying to sit for the DCNP Exam. To complete this application, please have the following documents available to upload as electronic files to expediate the processing of your application:

• A photocopy of your current nurse practitioner license
• Your master's or doctorate diploma, or an official transcript
• Proof of national certification as a nurse practitioner (with expiration dates clearly visible)

Your application will not be considered complete until we have received these three documents and your $400 exam fee. Please Note: DNPCB accepts Visa, Mastercard and American Express as forms of payment. Discover Card is not accepted at this time.
